In an effort to achieve waste prevention and recycling goals, I understand I am required to recycle construction waste in accordance with City Code 17.102.270 and associated Administrative Rules. I will comply with all regional and state rules and regulations pertaining to solid waste management including Metro Code Chapters 5.01 and 5.05. I understand that failure to comply with these requirements is considered an infraction and subject to an assessment (up to $500 for first violation – City Code 17.102.090). I will convey this information to all contractors and subcontractors on this project.
