The PEG will explore possible alternatives to the City’s current regulatory structure for school upgrades and new construction, to inform City policy related to 21st century schools that flexibly accommodate multiple functions and serve all Portlanders.
The PEG will discuss the network of green connections proposed in the Portland Plan's Healthy Connected City strategy, integration of the Portland Bicycle Plan, and green infrastructure.
Through small group discussions, PEG members will explore infrastructure levels of service and existing deficiencies, and discuss what more equitable service might look like.
The PEG will hear information about and discuss residential density issues and allowances in single dwelling zones, as well as placement and mapping considerations for multi-dwelling areas.
