Economic Opportunities Analysis

The Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA) is an analysis of the city's long-term supply and demand for employment land.

The latest (not final) version of the EOA has been published in advance of the Feb 10 PSC work session on Economic Development policy and map changes.

The EOA demonstrates that the policies, infrastructure investments and land use map changes contained in the Proposed Draft of the Comprehensive Plan will support economic growth and provide adequate development capacity to meet the 20-year jobs forecast, consistent with Goal 9.

In early March, a revised version of the EOA will be published that will incorporate capacity gains from reduced congestion from the proposed TSP projects and other infrastructure investments in advance of a PSC public hearing on April 14.
