Portland Plan Phase I Public Participation Progress Report
Portlanders reviewed the issues facing our community by reviewing background reports on numerous topics, responding to surveys and attending workshops.

Portland Plan Phase IV Public Participation Progress Report
During public hearings and work sessions, the Planning and Sustainability Commission reviewed the Proposed Draft, responded to public comment and directed staff to make revisions. The PSC presented a new draft; unanimously adopted by City Council.
