Regulatory Improvement Code Amendment Package 7 (RICAP 7) is a set of 45 items addressing minor policy, clarification, and corrections to improve City building and land use regulations and procedures
Addresses the City’s Zoning Code regulations for accessory structures, including garages, sheds, accessory dwelling units, decks, mechanical equipment, and other structures
This project created a new Accessory Short-Term Rental permit that allows a resident to rent one or two bedrooms in their home.
