Working Draft Part 2 consists of the online Map App, an interactive series of maps showing the geography and location of various policy proposals, and the Citywide Systems Plan, a 20-year coordinated infrastructure plan for the City of Portland. These tools will help the City leverage population growth to create and maintain a more livable community for all Portlanders.
