In conjunction with PDC’s Lents Five-Year Action Plan, the UDS created a multi-phase framework plan outlining a growth strategy for Lents town Center. The plan explores long range solutions to improving the vitality and character of the business district, specifically transforming 92nd avenue into a neighborhood main street. Additionally, the plan suggested increased connectivity and investment in new infrastructure in order to create a more pedestrian friendly environment, create a direct route between the Lent’s transit station and the commercial core, and provide more manageable parcels in order to better serve future development.
