RICAP 7

The workplan for RICAP 7 was adopted by the Planning and Sustainability Commission at a public hearing on August 26, 2014. The workplan includes 45 items that will be evaluated for potential code amendments. One item will result in a white paper addressing issues with the City’s present height methodology. A second item will propose minor changes to the Ladd’s Addition Historic Guideline document pertaining to street trees. Five other items will evaluate minor changes to existing City policy relating to land use review procedures, clarifying existing limits on the size of particular land uses, clarifying how shed roofs are measured, and making the distinctions between group living and household living more clear. The remaining 38 items clarify and update other provisions of the Zoning Code.
