A supporting document (Appendix A) to the resolution passed in April 2005 that updates the City of Portland's Green Building Policy passed in 2001.  The document examines the performance of the Green Building Policy during its inaugural years and proposes a set of recommendations to fortify, refine, and expand the breadth of its directives.
