Citywide Tree Project: Upcoming Public Events

The Portland Planning Commission (PC) public hearing on Citywide Tree Policy Review and Regulatory Improvement Project is open. The Urban Forestry Commission (UFC) public meeting is open through June 17, 2010. June 8, 2010 at 12:30 pm (afternoon) - Planning Commission

The Planning Commission will continue its work session on Tuesday June 8th. The work session will take place from 12:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m. at 1900 SW Fourth Ave. in Portland, second floor -- Room 2500. The work session is open to the public.

June 17, 2010 at 7:30 am (morning) - Urban Forestry Commission

The Urban Forestry Commission will continue its work session on Thursday June 17th. The work session will take place from 7:30 a.m to 11:00 a.m. at City Hall, 1221 SW 4th Avenue, in the Lovejoy Room. The work session is open to the public.

Heartbleed Security Notice

A serious security vulnerability known as "Heartbleed" was recently discovered in OpenSSL, a popular software library commonly used by many websites on the internet to encrypt communication between a user's computer and a web server.
