On June 9th, Planning Staff will be asking the City Council to adopt an ordinance approving the draft extension of the existing Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City and the Port of Portland to allow work to continue into the new fiscal year. The Draft IGA listed below is the actual agreement, while the Draft Ordinance provides the Council with the voting authority to approve the IGA.
