At the City Council session on West Hayden on Thursday, July 29th at 6p.m., Mayor Adams will propose a resolution to continue planning and annexation efforts on West Hayden Island, but with limitations intended to guide any planning efforts to preserve open space and minimize the area where planning for a potential marine terminal could be allowed.  Click here to be taken to the City Council Agenda and the resolution.  The resolution is Item #1101 on the Council Agenda.
