City Council to Consider IGA Amendment on October 27, 2010
City Council will hold a hearing on October 27, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. to consider an amendment to the Inter-governmental Agreement (IGA) between the City and the Port of Portland. This agreement allocates additional funding in order for the city to complete the work requested by the City Council for the next phase of planning. The amendment also extends the time of the agreement up to December, 2011. The mechanism for approving the IGA amendment is through an ordinance.
