Substantive Changes:

The schools component of this project addressed three major issues:

  1. When should a land use review be required for fluctuations in enrollment?
  2. When should a land use review be required for changes of grade levels? and
  3. What is the appropriate time a school site can be vacant before it loses its conditional use status?
