At their June 28 meeting, following a staff presentation and public comment, the N/NE Quadrant Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) discussed the Draft N/NE Quadrant Plan and took a preliminary vote to endorse the draft Plan. SAC members provided feedback to staff on issues they would like to see addressed in the next draft, scheduled to be released the week of July 23.

The SAC also voted to endorse specific proposals in the draft Plan related to zoning changes in Lower Albina and maximum building heights along NE Broadway.

The final SAC meeting will take place on August 2nd. At that meeting, the SAC will review revisions and make final recommendations on both the draft N/NE Quadrant Plan and draft I-5 Facility Plan.
