During their Tuesday, July 10 meeting the Central City 2035 Steering Committee will review the Policy Framework and the Urban Design Concept for the Central City. They are scheduled to endorse these two pieces that will be part of the larger concept plan. The concept plan will be out for public review this summer and reviewed by the Planning & Sustainability Commission and City Council this fall.

The Steering Committee has been meeting since November 2011 to provide City staff with guidance on the policy framework and the draft Concept Plan.
