Centers Typology Discussion (8:20 a.m.)
Presenter: Bill Cunningham
Description: Review and discuss a refined typology of centers that is responsive to differences in the functions, activities and scale of different types of centers and their roles in accommodating housing and employment growth.

Housing Discussion (9:00 am)
Presenter: Uma Krishnan
Description: Discuss the following Comprehensive Plan Housing Policies:
- Balanced Communities (Location Policy) – consider the new direction that intends to prioritize new housing in locations with a good access to transit, jobs, open spaces, schools and essential services alongside creating opportunities in areas with a large stock of affordable housing.
- Accessible Housing – consider the new direction that intends to strongly promote building up the city's accessible housing stock based on Universal Design principles in new construction and adaptation of existing units.
