This eclectic remodel is a colorful showcase for Universal Design and accessibility. Mr. Cross uses a walker for mobility. Upgrades include custom bath grab bars, a roll-in shower, low pass-thru shelving, sliding doors, wrap-around ramps and use of reclaimed materials. This project engages the senses and imagination with sounds of garden fountains and chickens, bright colors, ample natural light and varied textures.
