Proud Ground's success highlights affordable certified green homes that can be available to all. These townhomes are sold to households earning 80 percent and under area median income. There is a green street (vegetated swale), pervious paver court and common green space. This is Portland’s first “shared court” serving pedestrians, community activities, vehicles and storm water drainage. Across the street is Proud Ground's Pardee Commons shown on the 2009 tour.
