Meeting objectives
- Hear perspectives from PEG members on how the PEG meetings are going, if members are getting everything they need to be successful in the group, concerns or issues that need to be addressed.
- Collaboratively refine the goals and policies in the Discussion Draft -Community Involvement Chapter of the updated Comprehensive Plan (current draft dated 10.11.12). Input gathered prior to October 19 will be used by Bureau staff to finalize the staff-authored discussion draft; the discussion draft will be published in December for public review followed by citywide outreach events and activities in early 2013.

Group Discussion: Draft of Community Involvement Goals and Policies (6:30 p.m. / 75 minutes)
Presenter:Deb Meihoff, facilitator
Description: Following the September CI-PEG meeting, the PIAC Comprehensive Plan work group October meeting, and initial review by editorial staff, a fresh draft of the goals and policies have been prepared for PEG review, discussion, and recommended changes. PEG members will focus their discussion on goals and policies they believe to be most critical for changes prior to finalizing and publishing the discussion draft.
