Urban Design Framework (8:40 a.m.)
Presenters: Mark Raggett, Lora Lillard and Bill Cunningham, BPS
Description: Presentation of the draft Urban Design Framework, focusing on its centers element. BPS is looking for initial feedback on the framework elements and input on approaches to presenting and supporting public discussion of the Urban Design Framework as part of the February/March public workshops.

Design, Scale and Transition in Centers and Corridors (9:20 a.m.)
Presenters: Matt Wickstrom and Bill Cunningham, BPS
Description: Presentation and discussion of the topic of the design and scale of new development in centers and corridors. During this session, staff will summarize community concerns raised about the design and scale of new development in these areas and will provide an overview of policy and implementation approaches related to the management of the design, development scale and transitions to lower-density zoning in these areas. BPS is looking for initial feedback on these topics and identification of issues that merit further discussion in future PEG meetings.
