Description: Review of a draft memorandum on the Neighborhood Centers PEG’s recommendations on refinements to the draft Comprehensive Plan policies.  Is the memorandum accurately capturing the PEG’s recommendations?  What needs to be changed or added?

Gentrification and Displacement Policies (9:00 a.m.)

Description: Overview of the Gentrification and Displacement Study and discussion of policy implications. BPS is looking for PEG feedback on potential implications for refinements to the draft Comprehensive Plan gentrification and displacement policies.
