The Planning and Sustainability Commission (PSC) will hold a hearing on the proposed Regulatory Improvement (RICAP 6) workplan at 12:30 p.m. on August 13, 2013, at 1900 SW 4th Avenue in Room 2500A on the second floor. The public is invited to comment on the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability’s proposal at this time.
The RICAP 6 workplan does not propose specific regulatory changes. The issues selected by the PSC for the workplan will be subsequently analyzed and may result in proposals to change the Zoning Code through a separate public review process, including additional public notice and hearings, to be scheduled in 2014.
