How to Provide Feedback and Stay Informed

Provide Testimony

The Portland Planning and Sustainability Commission (PSC) will consider the Proposed Draft of the Mixed Use Zones Project and hold a public hearing on the proposal on May 10, 2016. Public testimony on the Mixed Use Zones Project Zoning Code amendments is open until May 24, 2016. The PSC will continue to accept testimony on the Zoning Map amendments through July 12, 2016, when a subsequent public hearing will be held on the proposed Composite Zoning Map (which will include Mixed Use Zoning Map changes).

There are several ways to provide feedback and testify to the Planning and Sustainability Commission (PSC) on the Proposed Draft Code and Map Amendments: 

  • Email:
    Email your comments with “Mixed Use Zones Testimony” in the Subject line to Be sure to include your full name and mailing address.
  • US Mail: Mixed Use Zones Testimony, 1900 SW Fourth Ave., Suite 7100, Portland OR, 97201.
  • In person:
    Planning and Sustainability Commission Public Hearing
    Mixed Use Zones Proposed Draft
    Tuesday, May 10, 2016, 12:30 p.m.
    1900 SW 4th Avenue, Room 2500A
  • Through the Map App (this is best for property specific zoning map testimony).

Check the PSC Calendar one week prior to the scheduled hearing to confirm the date, time and location.

Note: All testimony to the PSC is considered public record, and testifiers' name, address and any other information included in the testimony will be posted on the website.
