This Code update is the result of the amendment to allow Office uses at PGE Park and amendments to the South Waterfront Greenway regulations.

Substantive Changes:

This Code update is the result of Ordinance #183517 to amend the Zoning Code to allow a limited amount of office use at PGE Park; and Ordinance #183518 which amends the Zoning Code and South Waterfront Greenway Development Plan and updates and corrects several zoning provisions applicable to the South Waterfront District.
