Contents of Update Packet #154 (effective 05/16/12)

This Code update is the result of Extension of expiration dates for land use reviews; and changed timelines for final plat review; changed date for automatic adjustments to dollar thresholds.

Amends Chapters: 33.565, 33.663, 33.700, 33.730

Substantive Changes: 

1. Extends expiration date of land use approvals due to slow recovery from economic recession.
2. Creates a maximum period for applicant to provide all missing information for Final Plat applications.
3. Changes annual date for automatic adjustment for inflation required by Section 33.700.075, Automatic Changes, to March 1.
