Vendor Registration Information

Register your business with the City to receive contract opportunity notifications applicable to your firm.  Keep your business information current to ensure communication regarding contract opportunities is timely and relevant.  The City's Online Procurement Center is for City of Portland solicitations only.  We have provided links to other regional government contract opportunity websites for your reference.

NOTICE: On May 4, 2015, the City will switch to a new Online Procurement Center located at  If your business is currently registered as a vendor in the City's current system, your profile has automatically been migrated to the new Online Procurement Center.  However, we ask that prior to May 4, you log in to the new system and verify your information and make any necessary updates.  On April 23rd you should have received an email with instructions on how to log in and update your migrated vendor profile in the new Online Procurement Center.

Please note that prior to May 4, you will continue to receive ALL solicitation notices and updates through our existing system.  After the May 4 go-live, you will only receive solicitation notices from the new system - please make sure to "allow" emails from "" so that emails from the new system will not get caught in your spam filters.
