Updating Your Vendor Information in the City's Online Procurement Center

NOTICE: If you are looking for information about the City's new Online Procurement Center, scheduled to go live on May 4, 2015, please see the Notice on the previous page: http://www.portlandoregon.gov/brfs/59992.

  1. Be sure you are logged in to the City's Online Procurement Center.  If you have forgotten your PortlandOregon.gov user name or password (formally named PortlandOnline.com), click on the "Forgotten your user account or password" link on the PortlandOregon.gov login page.
  2. Click on the "My Account" tab.  Depending on what you need to edit/update, click on the "Company", "Contacts", "Categories", "EEO Registration", or "EB Registration" tab.
  3. To edit Company information, click on the "Company" tab and click on the "Edit Company" button.
  4. Contacts can be added and updated under the "Contacts" tab.
  5. Classes of work can be updated under the "Categories" tab.
