EnterpriseServer (Mainframe)  Support

Standard Service Features

The IBM Z890-210 enterprise server provides a highly reliable, high performance-computing platform for mission-critical applications, e.g., the Portland Police Data System (PPDS) and Lien Accounting.  Services provided include:

  • High-speed online access
  • 8 MSU (million service units) rating
  • Fault-tolerant RAID disk subsystem
  • Backup and off-site storage of data (see “Data Backup”)
  • Job scheduling and execution
  • Automated file transfer to other systems
  • Administration of operating system and supporting components

Mainframe availability - 24x7x365 (excluding scheduled maintenance)

Standard business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm  M-F
