Service Description

The Project Management   Office (PMO) supports the effective implementation of the city’s business and   technology strategic objectives by using industry recognized project   management processes and disciplines and direction to projects. Included Service Features (included in the standard cost)

Initial consultation (up to 2 hours) on the following project services:

  • Project definition  
  • Business Analysis  
  • Requirements Analysis and Definition  
  • Project Budgeting  
  • Project Scheduling  
  • Project Risk Management  
  • Procurement/Solicitation (Assistance with RFP development)  
  • Planning  
  • Project Status Reporting  
  • Post project completion survey

Billable Service Features (not included   in the standard cost)

After initial consultation (up to 2 hours), projects are billed on a time and materials basis for the   following project services:  

  • Project Definition  
  • Business Analysis  
  • Requirements Analysis and Definition  
  • Project Budgeting  
  • Project Scheduling  
  • Project Risk Management  
  • Procurement/Solicitation (Assistance with RFP  development)  
  • Planning  
  • Project Status Reporting  
  • Post project completion survey
  •  Rate Sheet FY 14 -15  
  • Additional Project management services for projects undertaken via  BTS Flexible Services

Customer Responsibilities

Abide by City Admin rules concerning use of City property/resources and the Technology Services Policies & Admin   Rules. All technology project requests must be initiated in accordance with the Service Initiation process listed below.
  

Service Hours,  Support and Scope

 Standard available during business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm  M-F

Service Level Targets

Customer ratings of 3 or better for PMO performance on PMO surveys (1-5 scale)  = 75% 
(Timeliness, quality of   work, within budget, etc.) 

BTS Customer Satisfaction   survey rating of 5 (1-5 scale) by 66% of respondents
