Service Description

Support for the wireless sync of Outlook email and calendar on City owned, City standard mobile devices (smartphones and tablets)

Included Service Features (included in the standard cost)

Communications offers:   

  • Initializing of service
  • Applying and maintaining billing for   service
  • Termination of service
  • Support of wireless synchronization of user email and calendar data between Exchange/Outlook and City owned, City standard mobile devices.

Billable Service Features (not included in the standard cost)

Recurring monthly BTS admin fees per device syncing.

Customer Responsibilities

Abide by City Admin rules concerning use of City property/resources

Service Hours, Support and Scope

Standard support available during business hours 7:30 am – 4:00 pm M-F

Service Level Targets

Same or next day initiation of service.This does not include processing time for equipment to be purchased. If equipment and service are requested together, possible same or next day equipment replacement depending on stock on hand with appointment at Communications center or within 5-7 business days of notification either by appointment at Communications center or through interoffice mail..

To   initiate new service or terminate service, you can:

To initiate troubleshooting of current equipment you can do one of the following:
