These OMF Policies and Procedures were developed to provide clear and consistent standards for employee behavior and workplace activities across all bureaus and divisions of the Office of Management and Finance. All OMF employees and supervisors are expected to read and be familiar with these Policies and Procedures. Supervisors should be sure to inform any new OMF employees about these policies and answer any questions that arise.
OMF employees, like all City employees, are also required to be familiar and comply with all relevant City policies and rules, including but not limited to the Human Resources Administrative Rules (HRAR). The City Auditor’s Office maintains a website with the official Portland Policy Documents, which captures all binding City policies and employee administrative rules in a single place.
