The Business Operations Division has updated their Administrative Procedures governing aspects of the Division’s processes and services. Some procedures only apply to Division employees, while others apply to the customers and OMF business groups we serve. These procedures allow the Division to comply with other City or OMF policies that require bureau-specific work rules.
