BHR Compensation Mass Change

Bureau OM Specialist

Bureau OM Specialist (RP_S_OM_HR_BUREAU_SPECIALIST)

The Bureau OM Specialist is responsible for monitoring and requesting maintenance to the organizational structure (org units, positions) for his/her bureau in SAP.  This individual will be responsible for submitting requests to BHR for necessary changes to the structure (or ensuring that those responsible submit them) and for ensuring that the organizational structure in SAP is maintained and reflects the bureau’s current reporting structure.

BHR Class Comp Analyst (RP_S_OM_CLASS_COMP_ANALYST)

The Classification and Compensation Analyst makes changes to Organizational Management structure elements in SAP as needed.   Job responsibilities include creating Class/Comp Note and Comment position infotypes, subtypes, assigning position classification requests when needed, and creating and updating overfill/underfill job-to-person relationships when needed.
