Added transaction code PT66 to the PA-BHR Quality Assurance role and the TM-Central Time Administrator role. This tcode provides access to time results needed for pay increases.

Modified program so that new Infotype 0209 records will not have a begin date earlier than the PERNR's Earliest Retroactivity Date on infotype 0003. This can happen when employees converted at HCM go live as terminated are rehired.

Fixed errors in the Pay Scale Reclassification table for Laboratory Coordinator classification.

Fixed the Pay Scale Reclassification table to include entries for job classes Watershed Specialist III, Laboratory Analyst II, Laboratory Analytical Specialist and Laboratory Coordinator. This allows the associated pay scales to be processed through the Pay Scale Reclassification program. This table is used by the pay increase program.

Fix to how hours worked and comped on a holiday are counted for employees with over 8 hours scheduled on a holiday. These hours count toward sick and vacation accruals.

Revised the time evaluation rule so that absence types FPDR (FPDR injury hours unpaid) and INAU (unpaid industrial accident) are not considered unpaid for the purpose of calculation and eligibility for overtime pay. EBS will provide instructions to bureaus on how to run a report to show possible affected employees.

Fixed rule to ensure DCTU Water Treatment Operators in the Water Bureau have a premium of either $.50 or $.75 paid on all hours.

Fixed rule so that DCTU Water Security Specialist receive shift differential pay when working on a holiday.
