Configuration change to contract release procedure. Corrects contract document output issue, detailed in ticket 68322, where approvers rejecting or changing the release strategy on an outline agreement received the “purchasing document already outputted—release will not be changed” error message.



Added two transaction codes - ZHR_NEW_ACTION & Y_DRP_63000070 - to the PA-BHR Technician role. This will provide employees with the BHR Technician role with access to two reports that will assist them in their support of BHR Coordinators. The New Action record and Locked Records report will be used to assist with paperwork auditing.



Portland Fire employees who are on FPDR Injury Hours Unpaid for an entire pay period should not receive regular hourly or salary pay, nor should banking hours generate for these employees.  This changes the configuration so employees are not paid in SAP nor do they generate banking hours for these conditions.



This transport updates the last name of one of the Water Bureau Time Administrators. Ticket 71503 for data maintenance.



This transport addresses Altiris ticket 71834 and fixes Y_DRP_63000063 calculation which was causing issues during drilldown of the report.
