The City’s TRIP Program CTran Employer monthly contribution for  CTran’s honored citizen bus pass is changing from $38 per month to $30 per month effective the second paycheck of March.  This change is effective 3/4/2010 which is the beginning of the pay period that produces the second paycheck in March, 3/25/2010.  The employee contribution is zero; therefore, there is only a change to the employer contribution.

 

PA Provides read only access to the seniority info type 9001 for employees holding the OM_Class/Comp Analyst role. BHR has requested this addition to the role to assist with their analysis for reclassifying employees and the impacts associated.

This transport removes Apprentice job classes from the Pay Scale Reclass table so they will not run through the bi-weekly Pay Scale Increase Program. These job classes are managed via the Apprentice TAC committee program: Carpenter, Industrial Maintenance Millwright, Utility Worker II, Water Operations Mechanic, Facilities Maintenance Technician and Electrician Instrument Technician and do not get increases according to the normal City of Portland compensation schedule.

This transport will provide access to the Logged Changes report (S_AHR_61016380) for users assigned to the BHR Technician role. This will assist with auditing changes that have been made to seniority info type 9001.

Corrects some deferred comp calculations.

Corrects regular rate calculation for FLSA overtime. Paid absences are used to calculate the regular rate which is used for overtime calculation. Effective 2/18/10. Addresses ticket 69904.

Created new work schedules for Revenue Bureau and Parks, and updated the description of work schedule for Police Bureau. Addresses Police Ticket #63329
