PERS Administrator (RP_S_BN_PERS_ADMINISTRATOR)
Role allows access to manage enrollment in the PERS program and the reporting responsibilities. Role ensures HR master data integrity and accuracy for the PERS Pension Plan.
Role allows reporting access to the following: new hire reporting, flexible employee data, employee history reports, wage type reporting, and Display Organization and Staffing, Employee Participation, Changes to Benefit Elections, Headcount Changes, Working Time and Time Evaluation Results, and Payroll Reconciliation.
This role is also allowed to maintain access for entering deductions for the employee and employer into info type 0169. Unlocking/approving those info types if data is correct according to business rules.
Role allows display access for the following: Actions, Organizational assignment, Personal Data, Addresses, Basic Pay, date Specifications, Employee remuneration statements, Absences, Attendances, Quota overview and SAP Entry and Leave reports.
Role will be assigned to the PERS Administrator in Human Resources and a backup.
