Role allows access to manage plans for employees in the Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term disability, Supplemental Life, Basic Life, Flexible Spending Accounts, Program of plans and the reporting responsibilities. Role ensures HR master data integrity and accuracy.
Role allows reporting access of new hires, flexible employee data, employee history report, gender by seniority statistics, logged changes, wage type reporter, Display Organization and Staffing, Ad Hoc Query: Benefts, Info set Query: Benefits, Report of FMLA Leaves, Report of Hours for Positive Pay Standard Hours, Benefitfocus Demographic Comparison, and General Table Display of Master Data. This role allows entering deductions for the employee, and employer into info type 0014 and 0015. Role allows unlocking/approving those info types if data is correct according to business rules.
Role allows display access personal data, Actions, Organizational Assignment, Addresses, Health Benefits (within IT0014), Basic pay, work schedules, date specifications, savings plans (IT0169), Misc. plans (IT0377), Absences, attendances, payroll status, FMLA events, quota overview, and SAP entry and leave reporting.
