Processes & Forms Overview

Processes & Forms is an SAP web portal technology that enables the creation of interactive forms for HR processes. The manual processes as well as SAP transactions and processes that can be moved into forms increase the efficiency and accuracy surrounding the business, approval, and auditing of personnel changes.

At Go-Live, the following forms have been made electronic in the portal:

  • The OM Maintenance Form
  • The PAR Form

From these manual forms, the following electronic forms are the result:

OM Actions

  • Create Position:  Casual or Double Fill

PA Actions

  • New Hire
  • Temporary Appointment
  • Regular Action:  Voluntary Demotion, Double Fill, Reinstatement
  • Status Change:  Permanent from Limited Duration, Casual/Other Appointment, Temporary Appointment, PERS Retiree, Reinstatement
  • Extension
  • Rehire:  Casual/Other Appointment, Temporary Appointment, PERS Retieree, Reinstatement
  • Employee to Working Retiree Benefits Eligible:  PERS Retiree
