Tuesday night, Nick was pleased to attend a celebration in honor of his friend, Lee Moore, for his 12 years of service on the Home Forward Board.
Nick was proud to serve with Lee on the Board, and we are grateful for Lee’s many contributions to the affordable housing movement.
The celebration was held at Stephens Creek Crossing—which when complete, will offer 122 new affordable homes for families and individuals in the Hillsdale neighborhood. The City of Portland was proud to invest $5 million in Stephens Creek Crossing, and help bring more affordable opportunities to Southwest Portland.
To recognize Lee’s service, Home Forward named the Opportunity Center at Stephens Creek in his honor. The Center, as inscribed on the plaque honoring Lee, “embodies Lee’s vision where success comes to those who seize opportunity, engage in their community, and share what they have learned with others.”
Special thanks to Lee for his outstanding service.
We look forward to joining Home Forward and our affordable housing community at Stephens Creek Crossing’s grand opening this Spring!
