For specific complaints, please choose the appropriate agency:

 

Civil Rights and ADA Complaints:

  • Title I requires covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities and prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in all aspects of employment.

  • Title II requires governmental agencies to provide appropriate accomodations of their services to people with disabilities including cognitive limitations

  • Title VI removes barriers and conditions that prevent groups of color, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, people with low income, people with limited-English proficiency and other disadvantaged groups and persons from receiving access, participation and benefits from City program services and activities.
