Wilfred Pinfold serves as Director of Extreme Scale Programs and as Director of University and Government programs at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for developing long range technology research programs in areas relating to extreme parallelism, resilience, and energy efficiency. Dr. Pinfold serves as a member of the Advisory Council of Collaborative Software Initiative, Inc. He is an adjunct professor of Business at Portland State University and serves on the Board of Trustees for Oregon College of Arts and Crafts. Originally from Johannesburg, he trained in Naval Architecture and received his PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics. He moved to the United States in 1980.

Ken Neubauer has been a strategic technical leader for almost 30 years with a breadth of experience ranging from the aerospace industry to high-tech companies and extensive work in the financial sector. Born in Portland, Mr. Neubauer attended college in Arizona and began work as a field engineer at Ford Aerospace in Palo Alto where he helped build communications satellites. Mr. Neubauer later worked at Sun Microsystems in Mountain View, California as an engineering manager developing and delivering tools to manage Sun's internal desktops. Returning to Oregon, he took a technical support position with Sequent Computers providing both software and hardware technical support to Sequent's worldwide customers. He then began working at Standard Insurance, where he’s been for the last 17 years, delivering high profile projects including Standard's Internet presence, Storage Infrastructure and Electronic Data Interchange infrastructure.

Colleen Gadbois is the Director of Quality Management and Compliance Officer at Life Flight Network, an air medical transport service with operations in three states. She is responsible for developing and overseeing quality and compliance in all aspects of the air medical transport service, including technology, patient care/medical, air and ground transport, customer service and general operations. Colleen has 15 years’ experience previously working for a large scale not-for-profit healthcare organization where her work spanned IT process engineering, IT project management, technology development, and operational management. She received her Masters of Public Administration in Healthcare Administration from Portland State University Mark O. Hatfield School of Government with an award in professional development for international healthcare studies.
