Find out what is going on in your neighborhood and with the City of Portland's world renowned neighborhood system.  The Calendar of Events is where you will find information about upcoming neighborhood meetings, community events and volunteer opportunities.  Events are listed by district so you can look at all the events going on in the city or just for your part of town.

    PBOT releases rosters, schedules for transportation funding workgroups

    The Portland Bureau of Transportation has posted the rosters and schedules of upcoming meetings for the workgroups that will advise on the Our Streets PDX transportation funding community conversation.     Street rebuilding and paving to close lanes on SE 130th Avenue July 7 to Aug. 22

    The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require lane closures on SE 130th Avenue between SE Stark and SE Lincoln streets from Monday, July 7 through Friday, August 22, 2014.

    Summer paving in east Multnomah County

    Several roads maintained by Multnomah County will be repaved in July and August in a two-phase process. The first phase will repave all traffic lanes using an innovative method that recycles a road’s existing asphalt after it is combined with new bonding material. The second phase is scheduled a few weeks later and includes a final overlay to seal the asphalt and final lane striping.
