The Office of Neighborhood Involvement's budget development process is an annual effort. ONI uses a community process, primarily through its Bureau Advisory Committee, with at least monthly meetings from November through April, focused on the development of the budget. These meetings have been facilitated by a professional facilitator in some years and have been very successful over the past several years in ensuring that the "right budget for ONI" is enacted by our elected leaders.
If you are interested in participating in this or just want more information about the process please view/print a pdf of an orientation overview online (or you can view last year's online Budget Orientation) and contact Amy Archer at 503-823-2294 if you have questions or to be added to our list to receive meeting announcements and agendas.
Visit the City Budget Office for general information about the City's budget process or to link to other bureaus' budget information.
