The Liquor Licensing Program is dedicated to facilitating strong relationships between community members and businesses, and mitigating the livability concerns associated with the sale of liquor. The program works collaboratively with state and city agencies, Neighborhood Associations, and community members to help ensure that licensed establishments do not unreasonably impact the community in a negative manner.

In order to help you succeed, the City of Portland’s Liquor Licensing program has instituted a workshop to help you through the application process.
