The Portland Commission on Disability meets bimonthly from 1 to 3 pm on the second Friday of the month in the Broadway Conference Room of the Office of Equity & Human Rights (OEHR). The Commission meets in February, April, June, August, October and December. OEHR is located in the Commonwealth Building, 421 SW 6th Avenue on the 5th floor, in downtown Portland. A serious security vulnerability known as "Heartbleed" was recently discovered in OpenSSL, a popular software library commonly used by many websites on the internet to encrypt communication between a user's computer and a web server.
