Hi East Portland neighbors,

If you live in the Hazelwood, Lents, Mill Park, Powellhurst-Gilbert, or Woodland Park Neighborhood Associations, I am your Crime Prevention Coordinator.  My job is to help residents and businesses address crime and livability concerns in their neighborhoods.

Some of the services I commonly provide include: giving Neighborhood Watch and Community Foot Patrol trainings, performing Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design property assessments, and working with neighbors to address problem locations, such as vacant houses attracting graffiti, suspected drug houses, or businesses that may be contributing to crime or livaility issues in an area.

Please let me know your neighborhood crime concerns, and I will do my best to help you address them.  Thank you!

Best,

~Sam Freeman, Crime Prevention Coordinator
