Local Government Recommendation Process

All liquor licenses are regulated by the OLCC and are renewed annually so neighbors have an opportunity to provide input and problem-solve.

Temporary Sales License Form

Temporary Sales Licenses (TSLs) are required to be approved by the City of Portland prior to issuance from the OLCC.

Plan to Manage Special Events

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission requires that an event in excess of 500 participants must have this form filled out along with the Temporary Sales License.
