    Sellwood-Moreland Sewer Rehab Project Construction Update: August 28, 2015

    Environmental Services is repairing or replacing about 25,000 feet of public sewer pipes in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood that are between 80 and 100 years old and failing due to age. This project will help protect the public and the environment by reducing the possibility of costly breaks, leaks, blockages and sewage releases to homes, businesses and streets.

    Position opening: Multnomah County Youth Development Coordinator

    Multnomah County Youth Development Coordinator position opening. The Office of Diversity and Equity collaborates with the City of Portland's Office of Neighborhood Involvement to coordinate the Multnomah Youth Commission - the core focus of both agencies' youth development programs. Closes Sept. 7.

    Temporary Discontinuation of IVR Credit Card Payment Option

    The City of Portland is currently responding to a Payment Card Industry (PCI) audit. In efforts to mitigate issues identified in the audit findings, some Bureau customers will experience an interruption to the services that involve credit card payments.

    Traffic Advisory: Street improvements on NE Halsey St. to close lanes from NE 132nd Ave. to NE 148th Ave., Aug. 24 - Sept. 11

    The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require lane closures on NE Halsey Street from NE 132nd Avenue to NE 148th Avenue starting Monday, Aug. 24, through Friday, Sep. 11, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. each work day.
